comparison是個名詞,語意為比較,對照,通常用於描述對兩個或多個事物、人物、概念等進行評估或衡量的過程。這個字可以用來強調相似性或差異性。當它的語意是比較的抽象概念時,是不可數名詞 ; 而當它的語意是將兩件事物做一個比較時,則是可數名詞,其前要加不定冠詞a。comparision前面可接介系詞by或in; 而這個字後面,可接介系詞to或with表示將一個事物與另一個事物進行比較。
